Trading Terms and Conditions
These Trading Terms are obligatory for both the entrepreneur/supplier on the one hand and the customer/user on the other, and they determine the supplier’s and customer’s conditions in the field of sale of goods or providing services in the soymartino.com online shop.

2.The prices of the products or services
The prices as shown on our website for all products are the final prices included tax and shipping costs.
3. Customers understand and they are familiar with the fact that prices for the products may change from time to time for example in the cases such as pretty sharp change in US Dollar exchange rate (compared to Slovak Crown or Euro). If such a change of prices came into being, it would not affect previously made orders.
4The Way of Payment
a) Bank transfer
As soon as the customers payment appears on our bank account, the goods will be sent to the customers address.
Orders of products become to be considered obligatory for both the contracting parties at the moment the order is sent via the electronic form by a customer. The customer has to fill in true information about him/her, mainly his/her name and surname, e-mail address and the address the ordered products should be delivered to. The customer has to state the sort and the quantity of the products he or she is ordering and the way of payment, by which he or she pledges to pay for the ordered goods.
Before sending the form, the customer is familiarized with the total price, the prices for particular items, of which the total price is consisted, included, and his/her attention is drawn to these Trading Terms and Conditions and they begins to be obligatory to him/her.
By sending the electronic form, the customer/user pledges to pay the total amount of money in the set point value.
5. Delivery
Usually the delivery time is 2-5 days in Slovakia, and up to 14 days to the rest of the world.
Products are delivered via mail service to the customer’s address. If the customer is not available when the package is being delivered, the package is kept at the post-office and the addresses is notified of keeping the package at the post-office by a written notice. If the ordered products were in stock before the order was sent, and they were not delivered within 21 days, customers are asked to contact the post-office, where his/her packages are usually kept, whether the package is kept there or not. The loss of written notification of keeping the package at the post-office is not rare.
6. Claims
In our online shop, we provide the same claiming conditions as in a usual shop. In accordance with the valid Slovak Commercial Code and the Civil Code.
We provide a 24 month warranty for our goods (from the delivery date). The claiming of the warranty is not possible when the products were damaged or bad stocked by customer or other third party. This limitation is specified in conformity with VISA and MasterCard regulations.
1. Personal Data Protection
We fully respect customers' privacy and all our data are kept in secret and we use them only for the sales accounting service and for shipping the goods to the customer's address. No personal data will be used for any other purpose, neither given to the third party.
By the purchase in the soymartino.com, the customer agrees with the preserving of the information about him/her and about his/her orders in the range mentioned above.
The customer has the right to ask for erasing his/her data that have been collected about him/her. The erasure will be carried out in 7 days after the receipt of the written request.

- Cena tovaru
Nie sme platcami DPH, takže uvedené ceny tovaru alebo služieb sú konečné, vrátane poštovného.
2.1 Zmena ceny tovaru
Zákazník chápe a súhlasí, že ceny tovaru a služieb sa niekedy môžu zmeniť, napr. v prípade výraznejšej zmeny kurzu amerického dolára voči slovenskej korune, resp. euru. Ak k takejto zmene ceny dôjde, nebude sa vzťahovať na skôr uskutočnené objednávky.(objednávky pred zmenou ceny)
- Spôsoby platby, dodanie tovaru resp. plnenie.
a) bankový prevod
Pokiaľ zákazník zvolil platbu prevodom na účet, dostane po odoslaní objednávky na ním uvedenú e-mailovú adresu údaje pre platbu. Po uskutočnení platby , až keď sa platba objaví na účte obchodníka, bude tovar odoslaný na adresu zákazníka. A to v lehote najneskôr 48 hodín po prijatí platby. Spôsob platby bankovým prevodom nie je akceptovaný v prípade tovaru, ktorý je v digitálnej podobe ponúkaný na stiahnutie (Zbierka TABov). Tento tovar je možné zakúpiť iba online platbou, v našom prípade cez Paypal, resp. iný priamy platobný servis.
b) Paypal platba
Pokiaľ zákazník zvolí online platbu cez platobný servis Paypal, dostane po vyplnení potrebných (a pravdivých) údajov a po uskutočnení platby obratom na ním uvedenú e-mailovú adresu potvrdenie o záväznej objednávke. Tovar , ktorý je v digitálnej podobe na stiahnutie je možné zakúpiť iba prostredníctvom Paypalu a to buď cez vlastný Paypal účet zákazníka, alebo debetnou resp. kreditnou kartou (Paypal akceptuje všetky hlavné druhy kariet, Visa,Mastercard a podobne)
3.1
Pred uskutočnením platby za tovar je zákazník oboznámený s celkovou sumou a je aj upozornený na tieto obchodné podmienky. Odoslaním objednávacieho formulára resp. uskutočnením platby za objednaný tovar zákazník potvrdzuje,že sa s týmito obchodnými podmienkami oboznámil a tieto podmienky sa pre neho stanú záväznými.
3.2
Odoslaním elektronického formulára sa zákazník zaväzuje uhradiť celkovú sumu v požadovanej výške.
- Doba doručenia
Zvyčajná doba doručenia je 2 až 5 dní pre Slovensko, do 14 dní v rámci celého sveta.
Tovar je zasielaný prostredníctvom poštovej služby na adresu zákazníka. Ak nie je zákazník zastihnutý pri doručení zásielky, bude zásielka uložená na pošte a adresát je vyrozumený oznámením o uložení zásielky. Ak nebol tovar doručený do 14 dní od potvrdenia od obchodníka, že tovar bol odoslaný, žiadame zákazníka , aby sa na pošte, kde máva obyčajne uložené zásielky,presvedčil, či tam zásielka nie je uložená. Je veľa prípadov, kedy už došlo k strate oznámenia o uložení zásielky.
- Vrátenie tovaru
Na tovar v podobe audio alebo video alebo iného tovaru sa nevzťahuje možnosť vrátenia tovaru.V takom prípade zašle zákazník tovar naspäť na adresu obchodníka a ten mu v prípade, že tovar dorazí nepoškodený a neotvorený, vráti sumu , ktorú za tovar zaplatil a to najneskôr do 14 dní od doručenia vráteného tovaru. Poštovné za vrátený tovar hradí zákazník.
6. Reklamácie
V našom internetovom obchode poskytujeme rovnaké reklamačné podmienky aké sú platné v bežných kamenných obchodoch- 24 mesiacov od dátumu doručenia tovaru. Pod reklamáciu nespadá
tovar , s ktorým bolo nenáležite nakladané, ktorého poškodenie spôsobil zákazník alebo iná tretia osoba.
- Ochrana osobných údajov
Plne rešpektujeme súkromie našich zákazníkov a všetky osobné údaje uchovávame v tajnosti a použijeme iba na vedenie účtovníctva a doručenie tovaru zákazníkovi. Osobné údaje nebudú použité k žiadnemu inému účelu, ani poskytnuté tretej strane.
Nakupovaním v obchode soymartino.com vyjadruje zákazník súhlas s uchovávaním informácií o ňom a jeho objednávkach vo vyššie uvedenom rozsahu.
Zákazník má právo požiadať o vymazanie týchto údajov. Zmazanie údajov bude uskutočnené do 3 pracovných dní od doručenia písomnej žiadosti.
