How to shop
STEP 1 - go to the e-shop (view here)
STEP 2- if you don´t have an account in our e-shop , click on the register button (view here)
STEP 3- fill the customer info, bill to - info , agree with the terms and conditions and send the registration (view here)
STEP 4 - check out your registration status and your login status (view here)
STEP 5 - choose the category of the products you are looking for and click on its icon (view here)
STEP 6- add the Item to your shopping cart (view here)
STEP 7 - if you want to continue with the shopping click on CONTINUE SHOPPING if you've added all items you were looking for -go to checkout ( view here)
STEP 8 - select your payment method and click on NEXT button (view here)
STEP 9 - agree with our trading terms and confirm your order (view here)
STEP 10 -
a) if you have chosen the payment method Paypal you´ll have choice - either you pay direct from your Paypal account (view here) or you may sign up for a Paypal and pay with your credit or debit card (view here)
b) if you have chosen the payment method PayMuzo then after having confirmed your order click on this button (view here) and fill up all requested details (view here)
Important note - Once you´ve placed the order you may pay for it anytime, just log into your e-shop account click on the Account maintenance button and then view your order details and pay (view here)
After all these steps you've done you'll recieve an e-mail from us about the status of your order.
When you are purchasing tabs or mp3's you'll recieve an e-mail with "Download info" as well , which contains the download link,you just click on it (before you click on it make sure you are logged into your e-shop account) and click on start download button. When you are buying a not downloadable product , you will recieve an e-mail about your order status and your ordered product will be sent to the shipping address you provided when ordering the product. All the orders are confirmed by us via e-mail and the products are sent to the buyer as soon as the payment appears on our bank or Paypal account.
